Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Somnessa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at somnessa.help@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
